1. 30-Day Free Returns for Unused/Unopened Supplements

We accept returns for unused and unopened supplements within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., an order confirmation or receipt).

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your supplement arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at admin@moodgummies.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

You will not be charged for the return shipping of damaged or defective items.


3. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Supplements that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Items not purchased directly from MoodGummies.com.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details (e.g., photos for damaged items).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible returns.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • It may take 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
